Korean Beauty Haul 2015

Hey guys! I am finally back! I was on a vacation in Seoul and Daejeon, South Korea for about 8 to 9 days and I'm finally back to blog on what I bought from Seoul and Daejeon!

WARNING: THIS IS GOING TO BE REALLY LONG. PLEASE BEAR WITH ME. THANK YOU.

INNISFREE

1. Innisfree No-Sebum Mineral Powder
I heard so many good and amazing reviews on this product (also recommended by joankeem on YouTube)! This helps to absorb the oils on your face and prevent it from getting oily as well as setting the make-up.

Price: 10,000KRW

2. Innisfree Shadow Pencil in #10 Starlight Grey
The reason why I picked this up was because the colour is super gorgeous, the application is so smooth and I never owned an eyeshadow pencil so... The colour is extremely beautiful and shimmery as well.

Price: 7,500KRW

3. Innisfree Canola Honey Lip Balm - Smooth Care
I just needed to get a lip balm as I have extremely chapped and dry lips and this was the first product that was recommended when I searched for the best Korean lip balm. Haha.

Price: 5,000KRW

4. Innisfree No-Sebum Blur Primer
Again, this product has been raved and loved by so many beauty gurus, especially the Mineral Primer version (which was completely sold out when I was at their store, unfortunately), but this works the same as the Mineral Primer, but with a bit of coverage that blurs the scars and spots and all that kind of stuff.

Price: 10,000KRW

5. Innisfree ECO Safety Daily Sunblock SPF 35 Pa++ (50ml)
I got two of these because I am about to run out of my current sunblock which is the The Face Shop Natural Sun Aqua Sun Gel SPF 40 Pa+++. I was about to grab for the SPF 50 Pa+++ version, but at that moment, I just remembered that SPF 50+++ can cause skin cancer so I got the SPF 35 Pa+++ instead. Also, joankeem on YouTube recommended this.

Price: 8,000KRW

6. Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Cleansing Foam (150ml)
I got this product last minute because I couldn't find a brush cleaner. Haha, so I got a facial foam instead (lol). This product is also one of their best-selling cleansers out of so many great cleansers out there.

Price: 8,000KRW

7. Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask (200ml)
I picked up the wrong one. Gosh. I intended to get the Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask (the better version), but my mind got messed up when I was picking up the product. Apparently, both of them are quite different and the Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask works better than this product, but I think it doesn't matter as long as this product works, that's all I want. Haha.

Price: 20,000KRW

8. Innisfree Olive Real Cleansing Tissue
I needed a cleansing tissue and this particular one seems to be the best so I got it, plus, it's pretty expensive. Not a fan of olives but I got it anyway because it's great.

Price: 5,000KRW

TOO COOL FOR SCHOOL

Super excited about this! I've always wanted to use Too Cool For School products ever since clothesencounters uploaded her 'Korean Beauty Haul + Review' video this year.

1. Too Cool For School Pumpkin Sleeping Pack
This was also recommended by joankeem on YouTube. Sleeping packs are supposed to moisturise and hydrate the skin overnight and then you'll see results the next morning so yeah, I'm excited to try this out because it's been like 10 months since I last used a sleeping pack/mask.

Price: 12,000KRW

2. Too Cool For School Egg Mousse Pack
And again, sooooo many beauty gurus raved about this product. This product supposedly helps to smoothen, softens, brightens and tightens the face like an actual egg does so yeah. I actually wanted to use an actual egg as a mask, but then I heard it's unhygienic to do that so I got this, which is way more hygienic and reliable.

Price: 12,000KRW

3. Too Cool For School Egg Mousse Body Oil
I received this as a free gift because I spent over 100,000KRW. This product sounds super interesting so I was quite glad that I received this as a free gift. Oh, Korea and their free gifts and samples makes me so overwhelmed. Haha.

Price: 17,000KRW

4. Too Cool For School ArtClass Impasto by Contre Tous in Lavender
This was also a free gift because I bought 3 of the famous and popular ArtClass by Rodin Createur du Contour palette. I'm not really sure what this is. I think it's a lip pigment and a cream blusher? Like the 3CE Lip Pigment? It's very, very intriguing. I have yet to experiment this particular product.

Price: 10,000KRW

5. Too Cool For School ArtClass by Rodin Createur du Contour
My checklist has finally been ticked. Yas. I've always wanted to get this product on my hands because I heard soooo many good reviews about this contour palette.

Price: 16,000KRW

6. Too Cool For School Lost Identity Lip Crayon in Lost in Dinoplatz (green)
Don't be fooled by the colour of the lip crayon. It might be green in colour, but when you swatch it, it turns into a natural, warm red-pink tone, which I think it's cool, that's why I bought it.

Price: 11,000KRW

SKIN FOOD

1. Skin Food Salmon Darkcircle Concealer Cream in shade #1
Despite the spelling error of 'darkcircle' which is supposed to be separated, this concealer (mostly emphasising on the dark circles) has been raved by joankeem on YouTube so I decided to get one because I needed one and I wanted to own a pot concealer.

Price: 7,800KRW

2. Skin Food Premium Tomato Cool & Dry Sun Spray SPF 50 Pa+++
I needed a body sunblock and obviously a spray is the best option for me because if I buy the cream/liquid version, I'll have to apply it all over my arms and legs, which is so time-consuming so a spray is seriously the best option for me.

Price: 10,000KRW

3 CONCEPT EYES

1. 3 Concept Eyes Lip Color Dangerous Matte in #808 Spotted
This beautiful matte red lipstick caught my attention on the Stylenanda official website online and I really wanted a matte red lipstick that's super pigmented, long lasting and amazing formula with a reasonable price and this product seems to fit all the categories I'm looking for.

Price: 17,900KRW

2. 3 Concept Eyes Lip Color Matte in #402 Fuchsia
I was looking for the perfect fuchsia colour and this seems to be the perfect one! Plus. it's matte. Haha.

Price: 17,900KRW

HOLIKA HOLIKA

1. Holika Holika Aqua Petit Jelly BB in shade #1
This product was recommended by meejmuse on YouTube. The packaging looks super cool, has a mousse texture and it's super super affordable. Seriously. I'm not kidding. It also comes with a sponge.

Price: 8,800KRW (It was on sale, the original price is 13,500KRW)

2. Holika Holika Jewel Light Waterproof Eyeliner in #3 Navy Blue and #16 Black Plum
I swatched the eyeliners before purchasing them and oh my goodness, I wanted to buy all of them but I was afraid I would go out of my budget so I kept it at maximum 2 eyeliners. The colours are so gorgeous, shimmery and super pigmented. All you need is one swatch. Plus, it's super affordable.

Price: 4,900KRW

ETUDE HOUSE

1. Etude House Dear My Wish Lips Talk in RD302
Etude House is super famous for their lipsticks so I decided to pick up 2 and I did. /insert awkward giggles/. Anyway, I was looking for a burgundy and reddish-plum lip colour and this seems to be the one I was looking for. Colour looks darks in the packaging but it's not that dark when you apply it your lips.

Price: 9,000KRW

2. Etude House Dear My Blooming Lips Talk in BE101
This nude lipstick is perfect for me. I didn't want a pink-ish or brown-ish type of lipstick, I wanted a warm nude-to-brown lipstick and this was the one.

Price: 8,500KRW

NATURE REPUBLIC

1. Nature Republic Natural 100% Jelly Cleansing Puff in Charcoal
Okay, so I've used a charcoal cleansing puff by Missha and it works wonders to my troubled skin but I only repurchased it twice because Missha's cleansing puff sold here in Brunei was way too expensive. I planned to get the Missha cleansing puff in South Korea but they were sold out so I got two from Nature Republic.

Price: 3,500KRW

2. Nature Republic Hand Cream in Jasmine
I didn't get this flavour just because that's my bestie's name (okay, lol no, it's partially the reason why I got this) but the scent is so good! It's like I'm in a garden full of flowers, seriously.

Price: 6,900KRW (it's a buy 1 free 1 offer, so I gave one to my mom)

MISSHA

1. Missha M Black Art Liquid Pen Liner
I was looking for a black pen liner and this product seemed promising so I picked this up (also, because it was in the buy 1 free 1 offer so I got the other one for my bestie). The packaging looks amazing and the pigmentation is super good. One swatch and that's all you need.

Price: 11,800KRW (buy 1 free 1 offer)

2. Missha Color Setting Brow Mascara in #1 Cacao Brown
I wanted a browcara so I did some research and this product seems to be one of the best so I picked this up.

Price: 9,800KRW (buy 1 free 1)

THE FACE SHOP

1. The Face Shop Mango Seed Lip Scrub Exfoliant Levres
Don't have a lip scrub so I got one in mango flavour and OMG, it smells so good.

Price: 6,000KRW

IOPE

1. IOPE Air Cushion XP Matte Finish in M21
This was a dream come true, seriously. This is my first and only cushion foundation/BB/CC compact I ever own. IOPE is known for their Air Cushion XP products and it's the no.1 best cushion foundation out there. It's a really good investment because it has amazing quality, medium to high coverage, high sun protection and anti-ageing properties.

Price: 40,000KRW

SON&PARK

1. Son&Park Beauty Water
Son&Park is a brand, created by two makeup artists and their Beauty Water (which is a toner) is their best-selling item ever. It has been raved by so many beauty gurus. I'm so excited to try this out.

Price: 20,000KRW, I got it on a sale (original price is 25,000KRW)

REAL TECHNIQUES

1. Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge
I know, it's not a Korean product but I got this in Olive Young because I was looking for a makeup sponge/blender and plus, it was on a sale, so I got this with an amazing price.

Price: 9,900KRW (original price is 13,500KRW)

PERIPERA

1. Peripera Peri's Tint in #1 Cherry Juice
Peripera is famous for their lip products, especially their lip tints so I decided to get one in red.

Price: 9,000KRW

BANILA CO.

1. Banila Co. Clean It Zero (original)
So many beauty gurus raved about this product as well. This is a makeup remover and it melts away your makeup.

Price: 16,000KRW

TONY MOLY

1. Tony Moly Wonder Honey Moisture Cream
I intended to get the Wonder Water Moisture Cream because I.M from Monsta X has one but unfortunately, Tony Moly doesn't carry this product anymore (urgh), so a sales assistant recommended me this one which works the same, one of the best-sellers and was on sale. OMG, another deal! Amazing!

Price: 9,900KRW (original price is 15,000KRW)

OLIVE YOUNG

1. Olive Young Make-up Foundation/Powder Brush
I was looking for a makeup brush so I picked this up because it's a slightly cheaper option compared to other Korean road-shop brands.

Price: 12,000KRW

Lastly...

ARITAUM

1. Aritaum Full Cover Liquid Concealer in shade #1
I heard so many good reviews about this product because this product supposedly has good coverage so I decided to try this out. Plus, it's super affordable and it's a big tube of product. Amazing!!!

Price: 7,800KRW
