[REVIEW] Too Cool For School Pumpkin Sleeping Pack

Hey guys! Sorry for being MIA without notice (guilty eep). I'm back again with another sleeping pack! Woo~
Just so you know, there aren't actually pumpkins in this product, so anyway, this sleeping pack was recommended by joankeem on YouTube. On the side note, a sleeping pack is basically a thicker version of a moisturiser. This will moisturise your skin overnight, and then rinse the sleeping pack off from your face the next morning.

The packaging is a squeeze-tube type of packaging.
Surprisingly, this was very subtle. Not saying I didn't like it, it's just a meh product to me. The texture is not as thick as I had hoped and not as moisturising as I hoped either. Once, I applied a good amount of product onto my face, within a few seconds, my skin drank everything all up and when I touched my skin, it didn't feel as moisturised as I had hope (for a sleeping pack). This product has a gel to creamy consistency.
The smell is quite pleasant (and no, it does not smell like pumpkins) and it's very easy to spread. This sleeping pack does not move around or feel sticky so that's a pro. My skin did look better and more glowy than usual. It also has brightening properties and it definitely did brighten my face. You'll only see the difference if you use this at least 5 to 6 times.
Not saying this product isn't moisturising (it is actually), but not moisturising enough to be a sleeping pack. I had own other sleeping packs before and they were much more moisturising than this. This would be more of a moisturiser instead since my skin drank up the product so fast, and I have oily to normal skin.
I rinsed off the sleeping pack with water the next morning, but it just felt like I'm rinsing my face instead, because the product has already been soaked in a long time ago, but it does still feel moisturising. Also, this doesn't break me out.

Luckily, the packaging is cute because it looks like a pumpkin thinking. Also, the product is bigger than I thought. Another pro is that it's affordable.

Price: 12,000KRW
Store Location: Too Cool For School store branches, MemeBox (US), Amazon, RoseRoseShop
Size/Amount of Product: 100ml
Would I repurchase it? No, this product is a little bit too subtle for me, since it acts more as a moisturiser instead of a sleeping pack. I am thinking of getting Laneige's Sleeping Pack.

Pros:
-moisturising
-affordable
-doesn't break out
-nicely scented
-convenient packaging
-easy to spread
-not sticky
-light and creamy
-perfect for oily-combination skin

Cons:
-not moisturising enough for a sleeping pack
-texture not thick enough

Overall Comment:
As I said for the third time, this product is quite subtle. If you like a light sleeping pack, this would be a good recommendation. If you like something heavy and super moisturising, try something else, something more rich, because this product isn't very rich in moisture, but this product is not at all bad. It didn't break me out, it is moisturising, affordable and smells nice. This would be a good moisturiser though.

[REVIEW] Beauty DIY Job's Tear and Licorice Whitening Night Jelly

Hello guys! I just got this new product yesterday and I'm so excited to do this review! :)
Beauty DIY is a popular product from Taiwan. It's famous for their skin care products like Dead Sea Mud Mask or other popular items as well.

I picked this up from the postal office yesterday (actually, it arrived 12 days ago but I finally picked it up yesterday because I was super busy).

At first, I thought I got the exfoliator but I got the Night Jelly instead, but I'm still willing to try this out because it was recommended by a make-up guru, Mia from Asian Beauty Secrets on YouTube.

Special thanks to Yie Tze, my personal assistant because she helped me pick this up from Taiwan and sent it over here. :) She's a really fast replier and also, a very friendly person as well!
This is the back part of the box. (sorry about the ugly damaged part on the bottom right of the box).
For some odd reason, I really loved how the packaging turned out. It's so simple. I have a slight obsession with the colour grey. Don't judge.
The night jelly is white and translucent in colour. The texture is very jelly-like and soft. Best part of the jelly? It has no scent. Somehow, I love skin care products without scents. I think it's interesting as well.
  • Review:
A huge difference on my face after using it just once! It made my skin brighter, clearer, whiter and softer! I love how it's so easy to apply and the product and texture is super soft and smooth. I see huge improvements on my skin, and I also read a lot of other reviews about this product as well and they're all positive reviews! My pores and pimples had also toned down a lot.
  • What does it do to your skin/face?
-It helps to nourish your skin properly overnight. It makes your skin whiter, clearer, brighter and softer. It also says it helps to clear out high-pigmentations such as acne, pimples, blackheads, etc.

  • How to apply it onto your face?
-Basically just apply a dime sized amount, or maybe a little bit more onto your whole face until your neck in the evening before you go to sleep. Leave it there (when you're sleeping) and rinse it with water once you wake up in the morning.

  • Where can you purchase this product?
-I got this product from shopandbox.com (thanks Yie Tze, again). She ordered it online for me in Taiwan and sent it here by mail on shopandbox.com. You can also purchase this in any SASA off-line and online store.

  • How much was it?
-$28.00.

Overall Comment:
Overall, it was just amazing. I'm so happy and satisfied with this product even if I just used it once. It really improved my skin by a lot and I'm so excited to try out more products from this brand, Beauty DIY. It wasn't what I expected (I expected an exfoliator, as I mentioned previously), but it changed my perspective by a lot and I did not regret purchasing this!
