[REVIEW] Holika Holika Jewel-Light Waterproof Pencil Liner (#3 Black Crystal & #16 Black Plum)

Hey guys! I'm finally back after a week and a half! I've been busy with my Instagram shop (@oddsandeven). My best friend (also my business partner) and I are going to be opening our 8th Batch [American Beauty Pre-Order] this coming May 2016, so stay tuned!
Anyways, we're going to be talking about one of Holika Holika's best-selling items! I bought these two eye pencil liners in Seoul back in December 2015.

One of the colours is a beautiful dark blue with some shimmers in it (Colour: #3 Black Crystal). It is in pencil form, so you'll need a sharpener if you're planning to use this eye pencil liner. It's not a twistable type of eyeliner.
Another colour is a beautiful dark plum with some shimmers in it too (Colour: #16 Black Plum).
Yes, yes and yes. I love these eyeliners a lot! They are like the best drugstore eyeliners I've ever used and it could even be on par with some high-end Korean makeup brands as well! Pigmentation is amazing, colour pay-off is just gorgeous and to die for. I assume all of the colours are shimmery, not matte, so if you're looking for a matte pencil liner, this is not for you, but if you're looking for pencil liners with shimmers or a bit of a pearlescent, this one's for you.
#3 Black Crystal (Shimmer)
#16 Black Plum (Matte)

It glides on smoothly and you don't need to layer it up so much, because it's pigmented enough. You also don't need to add a lot of pressure when applying this, you just need a light hand.
It's also super waterproof! It doesn't budge or smudge at all. It just stays put even if I swiped it away with cloth.
Look: the shimmers are still there are on #3 Black Crystal and it doesn't look any different from before I added water on it.

Unfortunately, it doesn't last super long. Well, this is very affordable so I don't expect much from them. As long as it has a great colour pay-off and it's waterproof, I'm cool with it.

Also, I noticed that #3 Black Crystal transfers a lot while #16 Black Plum doesn't transfer at all. It's definitely because of the texture. Shimmers usually transfers a lot easier compared to mattes so that's a downside for #3 Black Crystal.
Another thing is that it's not retractable and you'll need to sharpen these pencils with an eye pencil sharpener (which you need to buy separately).

Price: 4,900KRW each
Store Location: Holika Holika stores, Holika Holika Official Online Store
Size/Amount of Product: 2.2g
Would I repurchase it? I might not, but I'm considering to buy other shades/colours from their collection.

Pros:
-affordable
-pigmented
-beautiful colour pay-off
-glides on smoothly
-waterproof
-light
-different textures (matte, shimmer, satins)

Cons:
-transfers (for shimmery liners)
-not very long-lasting
-need a sharpener

Overall Comment:
I love this. It is as good as other high-end eyeliners (except for the longevity and transferring part) because of its colour and pigmentation. It comes with lots of colours (16 colours to be exact) and it's so smooth and glides on like butter.
