2016 Beauty Favourites | Part 2: Skin Care, Body Care, Lip Care & Hair Care

Hello guys! So sorry for the long await. I've been busy going to college as I just started two weeks ago and have been preparing it beforehand. Anyways, here's the second part of my 2016 Beauty Favourites.

Skin Care

1. Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Cleansing Foam
I actually like how pleasant this cleansing foam is. It has mini little beads that also help to cleanse the skin and face properly. My face feels really clean and smooth after washing my face with this cleanser. It's also made of natural ingredients from Jeju Island in South Korea, so it's definitely safe to use on the skin and face. Plus, it's affordable so that's a pro.

2. Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask
I think this is an excellent clay mask, especially for those who have oily to combination skin. It removes excess sebum and oil from the skin and removes pores. It's not too drying and it does feel very smooth and gentle on the skin. It's not too harsh as well. The best part about it is that it's from Jeju Island in South Korea so it's natural and plus, it's affordable and effective. My skin has a bit of a difference when I use this and when I don't. It also has a slight brightening effect as well.

3. Clarins Day Screen Multi-Protection UV Plus Anti-Pollution SPF 50/PA++++

I absolutely love this sunblock because it has a really high SPF and that means it protects the skin even more. Anything over SPF50 or under SPF30, it will not protect the skin properly. Another plus is that it has a rosy glow finish, which gives off a youthful and slightly pink hue on the cheeks. It's quite hydrating but not shiny or anything like that. It's perfect for all skin types and the consistency/formula is excellent.

4. Skin Food Black Sugar Strawberry Mask Wash Off
I actually prefer this over the original Black Sugar Mask Wash Off, because the smell of the strawberries in this product is really fragrant and fresh, and I don't even like strawberries. It's very gentle on the skin, despite it being a scrub and exfoliant. It definitely removes the dead skin cells and brightens the skin. It's also super affordable and a little goes a long way on this product.

5. Tony Moly Wonder Honey Moisture Cream
I absolutely love this moisturizer, even though most say that this is a light moisturizer and it's mainly used for people with combination to oily skin. I have dry to normal skin right now but I still use this and it really moisturizes my skin to the max. As long as I pack the moisturizer more onto my face, it'll definitely be more effective. It smells really nice and it is very light on the skin, but moisturizes the skin completely. My skin immediately feels soft and supple after using this moisturizer.

6. LA'Derm Perfecting Purifying Control Aqua Serum
Most people won't know this brand because it doesn't promote its products a lot and they're quite difficult to find. Quite frankly, I've been using this serum for over 4 years, since I started my second year of middle school and now I'm in my first year of college (dedication right there). This is an amazing serum as it really clears up the pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, redheads, blemishes and bumps on the face/skin. It contains anti-bacterial properties and works quite similarly to Sunday Riley's Good Genes. It's super effective and definitely makes a difference after using this for a week.

7. Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water
This is a really good dupe to Bioderma's Micellar Water (as it costs a fortune just for a micellar water). It removes makeup really effectively and quickly. It's quite gentle, but it does sting the eye a little if you rub your eyes aggressively. It's super affordable and can be easily accessible to many stores worldwide. I just like how this comes in different sizes and does not irritate the skin.

8. Too Cool For School Pumpkin Sleeping Pack
As I've stated a while ago, I have dry to normal skin, an overnight sleeping pack is vital for me. It's a good substitute for the Laneige Water Sleeping Mask, especially when you're on a budget. It's super moisturizing and makes my skin feel super soft and supple. It also brightens the skin and gives off a natural and beautiful glow on the skin without it looking tacky and it doesn't feel sticky. My skin immediately soaks up the product and leaves a bit of moisture behind.

Body Care

9. Soap&Glory Scrub 'Em and Leave 'Em Body Buff
This is my first ever body exfoliant and I have to say, I do enjoy using this product. It comes in little beads that will help scrub off the dead skin cells on your body. It smells really pleasant and refreshing (has a floral scent, in case you're wondering). It definitely leaves your body feeling smoother and softer after using it for a few times.

10. Guardian Intense Hydration Hand and Body Moisturizer

This might be quite shocking to some Bruneians, Malaysians and Singaporeans but yes, I definitely enjoyed using this product in the year of 2016. It really moisturizes my body, especially my dry and flaky arms. Of course, if you have super dry skin, this is probably too light, but for a person with a bit of dry skin, it works well. The back of my arms are super dry, so I use this product every night and after using this for a month, it made my arms much softer and smoother. It also doesn't feel sticky and has a cooling sensation.

11. Nature Republic Soothing & Moisture Aloe Vera 92% Soothing Gel
One of my favourite Nature Republic products ever. This particular products works for both face and body. It is mainly used for moisturizing the face and body and when we get sunburnt or skin allergies, this will cool and soothe down the skin. It definitely is very calming and relaxing whenever I apply this. Since it's in gel form, it doesn't feel sticky and creamy, it feels more hydrating and moisturizing. It's super refreshing and pleasant. Plus, it smells like cucumber + aloe vera.

12. The Face Shop Green Tea The Vert Daily Perfumed Hand Cream
The best hand cream I've ever used in my life. It's a gel type of hand cream, which is more hydrating and moisturizing and does not leave a weird sticky film. It also smells so good, like fresh green tea water or juice. It definitely makes my hand feel softer, more supple and smoother. Since it's quite small, this can be carried around easily and doesn't require a huge space for storage.

13. Innisfree Canola Honey Lip Balm in Smooth Care
This is by far the best lip balm I've ever used (I know I say that a lot but please believe me, guys). If you're looking for an affordable lip balm, this will be the one for you. It's made of honey and Innisfree is known for their natural ingredients in their products. It's super moisturizing and hydrating on the lips, and it does not have a smell or taste (which is a plus because I have another lip balm and it tastes like plastic vanilla). It's easy to carry around and lasts for a long time.

14. The Face Shop Mango Seed Lip Scrub
I swear, The Face Shop has been killing it lately with their products and I'm happy about that, obviously. Their lip scrub isn't like an actual scrub with sugar or beads or anything like that. It's more on the cream side. It definitely makes my lips feel softer and smoother after using this. The smell has a very lovely, strong mango smell and it tastes like mango, but after I remove the product from my lips, the taste is completely gone.

15. TRESemme Heat Defence Styling Spray
This is a really excellent heat styling spray for your hair. I assume most girls use their hair-dryers to dry their hair after washing their hair and some even use their hair-curlers or hair-straighteners. This will help protect the hair from the heat, because it'll really damage the hair and burn it if you don't use a heat protectant or styling spray. This one in particular is very easy to spray, it's very fine and can be used for styling as well, so it's a very versatile product.

[2] Beauty Product Empties

Hey guys! Happy Lunar New Year! Hope you guys will have a blessed, prosperous, joyful and lucky new year in 2016!

This is my second instalment of my Empties blogpost. Check out my first Empties blogpost here: CLICK HERE.

I have accumulated so many of my products that have been empty for a long time and I'm just questioning myself if I am a hoarder or not. Haha.

So let's get to it!

SKIN CARE

1. The Face Shop Clean Face Oil Control Essence
I have done a full review on this product so if you're interested, please feel free to read it by clicking on this link: CLICK HERE. Anyway, here's a summarised version of the full review. This did help control the oils from my face and control the excess sebum that my face usually produces throughout the day. It did give my face a slight glow, without making it oily and it absorbs quite fast. It's also very fresh and my face feels cleaner. That's about it. If you've got oily skin, this will help you a lot, but that's the only thing it does: control the oils and excess sebum in your face.

2. Missha Flower Bouquet Freesia Cleansing Cream
Also, I've done a full review on this product so click on this link if you'e interested: CLICK HERE. This is basically a makeup remover and an cream cleanser. It breaks down into an oily texture and melts the makeup off of your face. I find this very gentle and easy to use as well as it being effective in removing makeup, but the downside is that if you use this to remove your waterproof makeup, it's going to be very hard. You can also use this before cleansing your face with a normal cleanser, just to remove the dirt off of your face and more extra moisture.

3. Cellnique Paramedical Intensive Hydrating Gel Wash
I've been using this cleanser for 6 months and this has helped my skin a lot. It is very gentle and it's really good for those who have sensitive skin. It is on the pricier side, unfortunately but it lasted me for months and my skin has improved ever since I first used this. If you're looking for a really good, slightly higher-end product and don't mind splurging a little bit more than you're supposed to, definitely look for this cleanser because it's that great. The only downside is that the packaging. I'm not a fan of the bottle because you'll need to squeeze out the product.

HAIR

4. Shiseido Ma Cherie Moisture Treatment
I bought this is 2012 and finally finished it after 3 years because well, I didn't use this very often. However, I did like it. It made my hair super soft, fresh and silky. At first, it was very sticky, but after spreading it all over my hair, it was okay and didn't feel sticky anymore. It also helps with faster hair growth and has a nice floral scent. I was surprised to find out that this is a Shiseido product because it's not written in the packaging but after looking at the back, it said 'www.shiseido.com' written at the bottom of the product. Overall, it's a good product and I would definitely repurchase it again if I can find it.

5. Q.One Treatment Hair Mist
This is definitely a product you guys wouldn't know because it is a private company that is only sold in salons in Malaysia. Anyway, I've been using this for a year since 2013 until 2014 and I loved it. It leaves my hair feeling soft and silky, it also detangles the hair. It did also hydrate my hair and made it less dry and more moisturised. It's easy to spray as well. I know it looks like a glass cleaner bottle but trust me, it's not. The idea is the same though. Spraying. This was recommended by my former hair stylist in Malaysia and I will definitely repurchase this again.

6. Notel International Crystal Hair Serum
This serum, like any other hair serum works well on my hair. I feel like every hair serums I've used before and now is all the same. They all work the same. They prevent split ends, the roots of my hair feels hydrated and less dry and just feels better and nicer. This is similar to the serum I'm currently using. It feels light on my hair, easy to spread and it doesn't feel sticky after applying it on my hair.

BODY

7. Sleek Foamy Hand Wash in Soothing with Honey Extract (Antibacterial)
Kinda odd that I'm reviewing a hand soap. Haha, anyway. This was fairly quite cheap (for me) because it was only $2, but this was surprisingly good. I did not expect this at all. It's a foamy hand soap, but it didn't dry my hands out at all. It made it more cleaner and it smells really good. It is also an antibacterial hand soap so that's a plus. Best thing is that this is super long-lasting. I've been using this for 10-11 months (I wash my hands 3 times a day, take note of that and I used this every... single.. day). I really am a fan of the scent of this because it's soothing and has a floral scent to it. I would definitely repurchase this hand soap again.

————————————————————————————————————————————————

So that's all for my Beauty Product Empties part 2! I usually just do 7 empty products per blogpost just to keep it consistent. I have way more products I have finished for the past few months so definitely keep a look-out for them!

[REVIEW] Zoella Beauty Soak Opera Bath Soak & Shower Cream

Hey guys! I am back with another blogpost!

So I bought this shower cream in February and it finally arrived in April (same as my Sleek Makeup i-Divine Palette in i-Candy). My shopper, Joel from the U.K also helped me to buy this product for me from Superdrug online and shipped it here through airmail in ShopandBox.com.
As you can see, the cap is originally pink in colour, but when it was shipped here, the cap broke so I had to replace the cap with my Baby Johnsons Milk Body Lotion that was about to finish (fortunately) and surprisingly, it fits perfectly so I'm quite happy about it.
I'm very disappointed with the shipping process and the way they handle the packages because they're not gentle at all when it comes to delivering packages.
The shower cream has a light pink sheer colour that is barely noticeable/pigmented.
  • Review:
-All I can say is that the scent smells very refreshing. It has this light, feminine and fresh scent that's very refreshing. It has a slight floral scent as well, but it's not too strong of a floral scent, which I'm totally okay about.

This product is quite versatile in its own way, because you can use it as a bath soak and also, as a shower cream. It's probably (a little bit) travel friendly, but the bottle is big (so you might want to replace the product with a smaller bottle if you're travelling).

It cleans like a normal shower gel. The texture is gentle and smooth, very easy to work with. Unfortunately, the scent doesn't stay on your skin for a long time.

I don't have a bath tub so I don't know if it's good as a bath soak.

Price: $11.00BND
How much product: 490ml
Would I repurchase it? I would, if the price of the shower cream is reduced. It's a little bit pricey for me.

Overall Comment:
If you want to look for a shower cream/bath soak that has a feminine. fresh, slight-floral and light scent, this is a suitable product for you. You will be guaranteed that this product is safe because it's from the U.K and it's owned by a very know YouTuber, Zoella. It cleans well and the texture is smooth. Overall, it's a nice addition to my collection of shower creams.

[1] Beauty Product Empties

Hello guys! Today's blogpost will be a different type of blogpost compared to my other blogposts (e.g: reviews), so that's cool.

I've collected these product bottles and kept them in a plastic bag (I know, it's gross right?) but I kept it so I could review them once again (even if I have already posted my review here on my blog).

So let's get to it!

SKIN CARE

1. LA'DERM Enlighten Me  Oxygen Cleansing Foam
I've been using this cleansing foam for 2 years and it got out of stock so I am now currently using another cleansing foam. Anyways, I think this cleansing foam is brilliant. It cleanses the skin really well, doesn't make your skin feel that weird 'squeeky-clean' feeling and it's hydrating and smells great. It is quite pricey, I have to say, but it's a good product, overall. Plus, it's beneficial for people with oily skin like me. :)

2. Skin Food Lettuce and Cucumber Watery Toner
I have done a full review on this product so if you're interested, here's the link: SKIN FOOD PREMIUM LETTUCE AND CUCUMBER WATERY TONER REVIEW

Anyway, I'll write a brief review on this toner. I love how subtle this toner is. It's great for all types of skin (oily, dry, combination and normal). It's not the type of toner that's effective for people with sensitive skin, it's more of a double cleansing toner that doesn't change the skin's condition. I guess it's an okay overall toner, doesn't do much for the skin but it balances the pH of the skin and double cleanses really well. So this toner is best suited for skins that have no troubles, or this could be an extra addition to your skin care routine even if you have sensitive skin. :)

3. Beauty DIY Job's Tear and Licorice Whitening Night Jelly
I have also done a full review on this product so if you're interested, here's the link: BEAUTY DIY JOB'S TEAR AND LICORICE WHITENING NIGHT JELLY REVIEW

I have never heard of this brand before, but it was recommended by Mia from Asian Beauty Secrets on YouTube, but this product is actually quite fantastic. It's a really good night cream/jelly because it moisturises your skin throughout the night and leaves the skin feeling moisturised and hydrated. My skin also got even brighter and slightly whiter (but I can't tell any difference as because I originally have fair skin). I especially love the packaging as well. It's a great overall product and the price is quite reasonable as well. It's BND$28.00 including shipping.

4. A'PIEU PURE BLOCK Natural Sun Cream Daily SPF 45 Pa+++
This is also a pretty decent sunblock. It does what it says which is protect the skin from the sun. I have to say that if you're on a budget, this is the product for you because it costs less than $10, but it's not waterproof, leaves a bit of white cast (but definitely avoidable if blended well) and only has SPF 45 Pa+++, not SPF 50 Pa+++. This is a good product to use on a daily basis, as long as you're not going to the pool or anything like that then it's fine, but for the price, it's good enough for me.

BODY

5. Etude House Sun Prise SPF 50+ Pa++ Cooling Spray Body
This is a pretty good sunscreen body spray because it has SPF 50+ Pa+++, gets around all the nooks and crannies around the body (like your limbs, neck, back, chest, stomach, etc.) and it's very cooling so it's great for the summer when it's hot. It smells like a sunscreen, of course and it does have a strong scent so I advise you guys to spray this outside of your house or building. It's easy to press the handle so that's a plus. I think it lasts throughout the whole day so thumbs up to that. I got this from a sale so I'm happy about it. I'm not sure if they discontinued this product but it's a good sunscreen that I'm willing to re-purchase this again. If it is discontinued, I would purchase the Skin Food Tomato Cool and Dry Sun Spray. :)

HAIR

6. Pantene Pro-V Anti Dandruff Shampoo
I got the mini version of this when I was in Thailand in 2012 December (yeah, I know it's long ago and I still kept the empty bottle, okay?). I thought bringing my full-sized shampoo would be troublesome so I'd rather fork out some cash to buy a shampoo in a nearby supermarket near my hotel. Anyway, this shampoo doesn't do much justice to my hair. I guess my dandruff did fade away a little, but it is not very effective (unfortunately). I'm not disappointed though because there are like hundreds of hair brands that make anti-dandruff shampoos and still won't work, I've tried like 10 different types, so I know. I definitely will not re-purchase this again because well, why would I purchase something that doesn't work? It was cheap so I just let it off.

7. Pantene Pro-V Hair Deep Repair Essence
I have also done a full review on this product, so if you're interested, please do check it out by clicking this link: PANTENE PRO-V HAIR DEEP REPAIR ESSENCE REVIEW

I am in love with this product. I just recently finished this product (how devastating). This product left my hair feeling soft, silky and smooth in the nicest way possible. Like, it's just so amazing. It detangles my hair and makes my hair healthier and softer. It's a great hair treatment and I think a lot of people should have hair essences like this because we can't just rely on hair shampoos or hair conditioners 100%. This does the job really well and how did I know about this product? Melodee Morita was having a giveaway in Japan and she said it's a really good product so I got it shipped all the way from Japan to Brunei and tried it. The price is very reasonable, I think it's about $25 including shipping and it took like a week to arrive, so that's another plus. I would definitely re-purchase this product again, maybe not for now. :)

————————————————————————————————————————————————

So that's all for today! This is my first ever empties blogpost so I hope it was interesting enough for you guys.

[REVIEW] Mecca Cosmetica To Save Hands SPF 30 Hand Cream

Hey guys! I'm gonna be blogging something that isn't 100% related to beauty (same with the review for Lush Fair Trade Foot Lotion I just posted). It's a hand cream, this time.
I initially wanted to pick up their To Save Face SPF 30 Sunblock, but as I wasn't wearing spectacles at that time, I thought this was the sunblock but I got the Hand Cream instead (which was very frustrating for me because I ran out of sunscreen and I already have a hand cream at home). There was absolutely no way I could return this item or refund it back because well, the receipt clearly stated that it is NOT refundable, exchangeable or returnable. I was beyond devastated and it felt like my heart was about to pop out of my chest.

So I had to depend on my Dr.G BB Cream for several days that has SPF 30, so basically I got sun protection and also some coverage to cover my blemishes and pimples (thank goodness).

This hand cream claims that:
It will give you youthful looking hands, nourish and protect the hands, leaving a non-greasy feel.

I love the packaging, but I'll talk more about it in my review section.

  • Review:
I can say that this hand cream has topped my The Face Shop Daily Scented Macadamia Hand Cream. Why? You may ask.

Because it has SPF 30 (which means it has sun protection which will not burn your hands), has a nice scent (I can't catch what the scent is, but it's definitely refreshing), very moisturising indeed and leaves a non-greasy feeling. It has a very creamy texture, which is great, but it's quite difficult to blend in so it'll take up some extra effort just to blend it.

This product is 100% very promising and does what it says. I'm so happy that I purchased this (even though I could have gotten the sunblock version).

The only thing that bothers me is the application part of the packaging. As much as I love how it looks, the part where you have to squeeze the product out is very messy and inconvenient. I'd rather have the twist cap type of bottle.
Whenever I squeeze the product out, the hole gets super messy. It's just not giving me a good impression as a good product.
this is how creamy it is

  • How to apply it onto the hands?
-Like you normally do.

  • Where can you purchase this?
-Only in MECCA Maxima, Mecca Cosmetica and Kit Cosmetics in Australia. It's an Australian Cosmetic Brand so if you're interested, you'll have to come to Australia just to get your hands on this product (unless you call up their customer service for help in international shipping).

  • How much did it cost?
-$39.00AU.

Overall Comment:
I guess you can say this is the perfect hand cream for anyone. It has sun protection, it's moisturising, does not leave a greasy feeling and nourishes the hands. It is definitely very pricey for a hand cream to be honest. It's the same price as their sunblock To Save Face and has the same quantity as well, so I think it's better to purchase the sunblock version, but overall it's a good product but I will not re-purchase it again because it's way out of my budget. Remember, I purchased this thinking it was a sunblock, but it turned out to be a hand cream instead.

[REVIEW] Lush Fair Trade Foot Lotion

Hey guys! I am back with another blogpost.
Now this isn't a beauty review, nor is it a make-up/skin care review, it's literally a foot lotion review. I know it's a little bit weird, but I'm just throwing in this as an extra so if you don't feel like reading this, you may exit my blog or read another blogpost that you might be interested in.

Well, I don't normally do this but oh well, I'm just gonna give it a go.

I actually planned to pick this up in Lush because I have never tried a foot lotion, nevertheless moisturise my feet. I actually wanted to skin care products but I had a second thought (because I realised my skin is already good enough with the skin care I'm using currently) so I decided not to pick up something that I won't need.
it has this light plum colour and the texture is absolutely creamy

It's a pretty decent-sized bottle with a turn-around cap. It's 225g and it's not too heavy nor is it too late. It has got some peppermint oil in them too, so when you open up the product, you can smell some pepperminty scent.

  • Review:
-I guess it's really good. It moisturised my feet so well that I didn't want to get out of my bed. I usually do this at night before bed so the moisture can soak in and absorb into my feet. It's easy to blend this product around the feet and it absorbs well.
It's not like a product that can change the way my feet look, but I guess it's a good pampering session for those who love to treat themselves and feel good about it. I can't really pick up the smell of this product besides it being pepperminty though.

Ironically, whenever I rub my feet with this product, something forms around my feet. I think it was dirt but I'm not really sure about it. Maybe it also exfoliates my feet? I sometimes wash my feet before applying this on but it still forms something that looks like dirt. I'm a little bit hesitant when I apply this now. :/ It's also quite pricey for a foot lotion, unfortunately.

  • How to apply this product onto your feet?
-Please wash your feet before putting this product on. Then, apply a decent-sized amount (maybe like a penny size on each foot) and gently rub around your feet (including the top of your feet, in between the toes and heels). After that, wash your hands with soap and water and then go to bed. Definitely do this before bed because you can't really walk around with the product on, because it's slippery and you might fall (but I'm sure it's not that slippery and you'll be able to balance).

  • Where can you purchase this product?
-In any Lush stores (every Lush stores carries this product).

  • How much did it cost?
-$22.95AU.

Overall Comment:
It does what it says, moisturises the feet. I don't really fancy the smell, nor do I fancy the fact that it forms weird things around my feet while rubbing it. Also, it's quite pricey. Personally, I would purchase another foot lotion that is definitely more affordable than this and has a better scent. I mean, this is not a bad product, but I definitely 100% won't re-purchase it again.

[REVIEW] Soap&Glory Butter Yourself Body Cream

Hello guys! Back with the 2nd blogpost of the day. Hope you guys are enjoying your weekend.
I've always wanted to try a Soap&Glory product so I got one of their famous body butters/creams. I initially wanted to pick the The Righteous Body Butter, but I got this instead because of the scent. I literally smelt all of the body butters before making my ridiculous judgement. *laughs* I judge my scent and smell. I'm not sure if I've mentioned this but I'm a huge fan of tropical scent like fruits, and flowers, so I heard this product contains 5 fruits, my eyes immediately perked up. Haha.

It also claims that it contains exfoliating AHAs, orange waterjuice, shea butter, peppermint oil and fruitliquid fig. I know only like 2 ingredients so...

Another thing is that it's really huge. It's super heavy so, it's great for arm-lifting (?).
It looks very creamy and thick. I felt a little bit doubtful when I saw the inside of the tub.

  • Review:
-I guess it's quite moisturising for the skin. The texture however was pretty thick and it was a little bit too creamy for my liking, no offence. I love the scent the most and its moisturising property but that's just about it. The texture felt a little bit weird and strange my skin.

It's quite difficult to blend it, plus you need some pressure to really blend it all in. It does sort of absorb into the skin so it's good enough. Do not use this body cream with water because I've tried it once and hell, it was so hard to blend it all into my skin.
it's thick and heavy, i know.

I've had compliments on this product so I'm satisfied with that fact. My elbow isn't so dry anymore and my arms and legs feel moisturised and hydrated so I'm happy that my skin is back to being smooth and soft like it says on the tub.

Good thing about this product is that you can get all of the product out of the tub, but it's 100% not travel-friendly and as I said before, it's heavy so it's not exactly portable as well.

  • How to apply it onto the skin?
-I'm sure you guys know this.

  • Where can you purchase this product?
-MECCA Cosmetica, MECCA MAXIMA, Kit Cosmetics.

  • How much was it?
-$22.00AU.

Overall Comment:
I guess the scent is the reason why it's worth buying it. I had a little bit of doubt in my mind but I built a bridge and got over it (lol). It's really moisturising and hydrating for the skin, which makes it smooth and soft like I said before. It's an okay product, overall but I can say it's quite pricey for a body butter/cream. Maybe it's because of the label, I'm not sure. Maybe the ingredients in it are good? But the tub is huge so that all makes sense to me now. Haha.
